Since our establishment in 1973 Jaydee Heating have moved on from carrying out only heating and mechanical contracts and can now offer the complete range of Building Services Installations as below:

Heating:

From domestic heating to complete retail developments, office and school contracts, Jaydee can design, supply and install all aspects of the clients heating requirements.

Water Services/Plumbing:

Jaydee can produce specifications and supply and install all water services and sanitary ware including above ground drainage in any property be it new or existing.

Electrical Services:

Including lighting, power, data, security and fire alarms, our electrical division can design, supply and install systems to suit the client’s direct needs.

Environmental Friendly Installations:

Jaydee are heavily involved in the promoting, design and installation of eco-friendly systems. Recent projects have included the installation of solar thermal hot water systems, photo voltaic panels for electricity generation, air to air heat pumps and rain water harvesting systems. We also have the design and build expertise to assist the client in the applying for grants for these products.

Servicing M&E:

As part of the complete client package, we have a specialist maintenance and servicing division for all mechanical and electrical building projects. The service engineers are fully qualified to the highest industry levels.

Vent/Air Con:

As part of the building regulations, there must be adequate ventilation for client comfort and Jaydee can design, specify and install as well as the inclusion of comfort cooling and heating air conditioning systems from small split systems to major air handling systems.

Automatic Controls:

Through a network of trusted specialist companies, Jaydee can design and install fully automatic control systems for any building. The building management systems can be linked to remote outstations to allow clients to control and monitor the building from hundreds (even thousands) of miles away.

Sprinkler Installations:

Jaydee work very closely with a number of sprinkler companies and we can advise the clients of their needs, full design and installation to comply with the current regulations.

Process Installation:

We have carried out various contracts on process applications for chilled water plant, food processing plant, steam equipment and pipework and can offer a coded TIG welding service. Clients include Ninewells Hospital, 2 sisters food group, Scottish Water to name but a few.

Pipework Fabrication:

If you are looking to have pipework fabricated, our custom workshop can carry out TIG, MMA, gas welding, soldering and brazing services to suit your needs.
